To create a serene atmosphere, please speak quietly and cell phones are not permitted.



A CREDIT CARD RESERVATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL MASSAGE APPOINTMENTS AND SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS


Nothing is charged until the service appointment is completed. All credit card information is kept confidential and secure and no one has access to it, except the Manager.



CANCELLATIONS


We aim to serve you on time. Our staff gets booked quickly and also accepts walk-ins. Because time is very valuable, we have a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. All cancellations within less than 24 hours or No-Shows will be charged 50% of the price of the service scheduled.



GRATUITIES


Gratuities are not included in services, but are greatly appreciated in the form of cash or check. As a simple guideline, 15-20% tip is customary, but, of course, always left to your descretion. For your convenience, tip envelopes are located at the front desk.



RETURN POLICY


We accept merchandise returns for Exchange or Credit Only, with a Receipt up to ten (10) business days from the date of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS. We have a 25% restocking fee on all haircare, skincare and make-up products.


All Sales of hair brushes, hair accessories (clips, hair bands, etc.) sales are final. No returns and no exchanges. Tools (blow dryers, flat irons, etc) may be returned within 30 days of purchase, providing they are in their original packaging, for exchange only.


Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.



HAIR/SERVICE POLICY


Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.


If a guest is not satisfied with the service, they may let the salon manager/owner know within 24 hours of the service. The client must return to the stylist who performed the service within one week of service date and allow the stylist to analyze the hair and a complimentary redo or alternative solution may be offered at the salon manager's/owners discretion. Hair, like any protein, will change over time. After a redo of original service has been performed the matter is considered closed.


We do NOT ISSUE refunds on salon services. Unlike products, services cannot be returned. Service charges include the service performed and time used to perform the service. Example: consultation, color applications, etc. We are extremely professional and knowledgeable of the services we provide. However, due to the uniqueness of every client, the complexity of hair structure and their reaction to chemicals; WE DO NOT guarantee results and always perform a consultation previous to services. In the consultation process the stylist will recommend alternatives but ONLY YOU will ultimately decide how to proceed. If you don't agree with the services, hair color, formulas, hair cut, style or any other decisions on the consultation process; please DO NOT proceed with the service.



PRICING


Our salon pricing policy is structured A La Carte. The system records separate pricing for each service provider's level in the salon, and separate pricing of services for each department of the salon.


Pricing is determined for each service according to the cost of the supplies used and the time involved to complete the services.


All prices are readily available in our website and the reception area of our salon.


No service provider may charge less than the listed price without management approval.

All of our services are performed after consultation. If you don't agree with the services, hair color, formulas, hair cut, style or any other decisions on the consultation process; please DO NOT proceed with the service.
