Alma Pixel Erbium Skin Resurfacing
Skincare Company is excited to offer a safe, non-invasive procedure known as the Alma Pixel Erbium Skin Resurfacing, the treatment helps restore the flawless skin of your youth. The Alma Lasers' Pixel Skin Resurfacing technology is a new generation skin-resurfacing laser, its today's most popular skin resurfacing laser and a gentle option for skin resurfacing. It is ideal for those who want significant and immediate change in skin tone and texture but have little time for prolonged healing periods. The Erbium Pixel Laser helps to smooth fine lines, wrinkles, helps stimulate collagen, repair sun damaged skin, reduce spots, blemishes and acne scars.
Erbium Pixel Laser Facial Treatment
The Alma Erbium Pixel Laser is a fractional ablative laser that represents the best of both worlds for skin resurfacing: it combines proven effectiveness of an ablative approach with the patient comfort level and convenience of a non-ablative approach. The Alma Erbium Pixel Laser allows you to go right back to work the same or next day.
The Alma Pixel Laser can be used on the face, neck, chest, arms and hands, a much wider scope than traditional ablative technologies. Designed to treat aged and photo-damaged skin, the Pixel improves the quality and texture of the dermis while it stimulates collagen regeneration and helps repair and smooth out fine lines.
Helps & Treats:
Wrinkles and fine lines
Improving Skin Texture (especially under the eyes)
Improve dyschromia (pigmentation, melasma, sun damage & discoloration)
Skin resurfacing with the Alma Pixel Laser is a gradual process that happens over several treatments, usually one treatment every 4 weeks. A total of 4-5 treatments are usually recommended, with continued improvement occurring for up to 4 months after the last treatment.
How Pixel Laser Works & Helps Your Skin
A preprogrammed laser beam passes through the patented Alma Pixel micro-optics lens and penetrates the skin. It creates an ablative and thermal effect at the pixel area, a micro-injury without disturbing the surrounding tissue. Those micro-injured areas start the process of healing as collagen remodels, skin tightens, pigmentation lightens and the skin texture improves.
What Happens After the Treatment?
The patient/guest will experience a mild sunburn sensation for about a few hours and then virtually no discomfort. The skin will have a pinkish tone for 1-2 days then darkening of the skin with a sand paper feel that will last for 2-5 days. This is a normal sign that skin is healing deeply. Swelling is mild and generally resolves in two to three days. The patient may apply make-up or shave soon after 2 days after treatment. Typically most patients/guest can return to work the same or following day.
New epidermal skin develops immediately, within 24 hours. This process of skin repair involves various stages, your skin will have a bronze tan appearance that lasts anywhere from three to fourteen days, depending on the treatment level.
Your skin will naturally and vigorously exfoliate as the reorganized epidermal skin replaces dead tissue. Flaking, is similar to that of minor sunburn or chemical peel, but without the associated pain. Use of a heavy moisturizer will mask the appearance of flaking.
You are required to use daily sunscreen to protect the skin from sun exposure during and after the healing phase. Applying a moisturizing sun block with an SPF of at least 30-or greater is recommended.
