Sandra
Owner - Clinical Aesthetician
Armed with two decades of beautifying experience Sandra Capizzi has developed a highly advanced clinical and personal approach to skin care. Sandra began her career as an esthetician and electrologist in 1996 in Chicago working for a renowned plastic surgeon at the University of Chicago and his personal medical office, where she catered to local Chicago celebrities, athletes and high-end clientele.
The demand for her services led to the opening of her successful skin care studio The Oak Park Skincare Center. She has since moved and has expanded her studio to a full blown Spa and Salon. She leads a team of aestheticians performing the most current progressive clinical skin care treatments; as microdermabrasion, medical grade chemical peels, dermaplaning, micro-current facials, micro-needling, radio frequency, spa & clinical facials and incorporating high percentage of anti-aging cosmeceuticals.
Sandra and her staff offer free skin care evaluations and have a full personal understanding of individualized skin care needs. The Spa and it's non-invasive treatments have earned attention from the likes of Time Out Chicago Magazine for using cutting edge skin care technology.

Isabella is our friendly and warm front of the house person. Bella is our everything and excellent at making people smile. She is the ultimate day maker to our team and our guests, She will make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in.
If you ever have a question about bookings, pricing, retail or re-scheduling,she is the one to speak to! She loves being able to work in the salon with the people she grew up around. Isabella will be with us (Saturday only) until she wraps up her college,Isabella is currently pursuing a career in cosmetic nursing and hoping one day to work full-time next to mom making clients feel and look beautiful.
Dr. Michael DeWolfe
M.D.
Dr. DeWolfe earned his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina where he was President of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society and received Salutatorian honors. He completed a residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Chicago Hospitals, followed by a fellowship in Microvascular Surgery specializing in head, neck, trunk, lower extremity and breast reconstruction.
Dr. DeWolfe is an internationally-recognized, board-certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon. He serves patients in La Grange, River Forest, throughout Chicago and internationally.

Kelly is an advanced practice nurse in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery with a special interest in breast reconstruction and non-invasive aesthetic care.
Marki
Certified Massage Therapist
Specializing in injury and pain management for over 20 years. Her focus is therapeutic medical massage.Marki enjoys learning and continuing to develop her skills to better help her clients.As a massage therapist she uses a variety of techniques to cater to each individuals needs, including: deep tissue, Sport, Swedish or relaxation, lymphatic drainage, trigger point, cupping,light stretching and mobilization and range of motion with sport injuries and or post surgery recovery techniques. Marki considers herself as a self healer. She is also a Reiki Healing Master, her hands"read, feel and heal" the person at their level.
She enjoys connecting & helping clients with a very personal approach. She also loves to work & listen to the subtle movements of the body at the deeper level using Cranio-Sacral therapy. She is a Certified Holistic Health Coach. Focusing on the stress of the body caused by food intolerances to help clients in achieving overall health and body goals.

Master Hair Stylist
If your looking for someone motivated, extremely creative and finds inspiration from almost anything she sees, look no further, we have the perfect Master Hair Design Artist for you.
Amber has over 25 years of experience in the industry and has gotten to work with some of the most talented artists in world. Amber went to Tricoci School of Hair design. Amber worked her way up and became a senior colorist at Mario Tricoci in Schaumburg. She helped design and train all the new artists and then moved on with her career at Asha Salon & Spa in Schaumburg. She left Asha 10 years ago and moved back to Oak Park and started her career at Anthony Peters Salon where she gained recognition from John Paul Mitchell Systems and was offered a position as a Senior Educator.
As John Paul Mitchell Educator for 12 years she received her Masters in color after completing a 12 months of A.C.E training. She has also obtained the knowledge of successful salon management and retail sales which she brought SCC Spa & Salon and with her love for the industry combined with imaginative approach to hair design she followed her dream of teaching by sharing her knowledge of hair with all the new young minds that join our SCC Spa & Salon team. Her organization and attention to detail makes her one of our most experienced stylists. She believes in having a full consult with guests every time they visit for their appointment, (consult includes; facial shapes, hair texture, skin tone, personality and everything in between to find the best color/cut to customize each guest according to their needs).
Amber believes in building a great individual look for each guest according to their needs, taking consideration budget, time, and personal style. I am very passionate about custom color, cutting, building and exclusive hair design, for every head of hair is like building a house. If the foundation is strong the style will last and hold. I think it's important to educate every guest on how to style their hair but also how to apply and use products to make it stay. I would love to customize a look just for you. Clinical Aesthetician - Hair Stylist - Nail Technician
Brittney has been passionately serving the near-west suburbs in the beauty industry for the last decade. As a veteran nail care specialist, she later continued her education in the beauty industry and became a clinical esthetician. She has built a multigenerational client base as a clinical esthetician for over 5 years. Brittney specializes in high-quality, customized, and clinical facials. Including SCC's most popular signature facials. She is certified in all contemporary advanced skincare techniques, such as dermaplaning, micro-dermabrasion, micro-needling, micro-channeling, facial peels, microcurrent, radiofrequency, ultrasound therapy, and our most recent popular the HYDRAFACIAL. She also specializes in body and facial wax alongside full body spray tans. She was educated at the locally prestigious Pivot Point Academy along with advanced outside training and keeping up with new techniques and classes. Brittney has had the opportunity to be trained by Sandra on an ongoing basis every 3 months on new treatments, products, advanced equipment and techniques, and much more. She is excited to continue bringing her versatile, experienced skillset to cater to your beauty and self-care-related needs at the modernized Skincare Company in River Forest.

Alyssa is our Salon Coordinator at SCC Spa & Hair Salon. She is the one that makes SCC run as smooth as possible. In addition to being our front desk assistant, Alyssa also creates and promotes our marketing materials, runs our social media platforms and manages bookings for our clients. She is focussed and driven on providing excellent customer service. Alyssa is always ready to make sure your experience at SCC is the best it possibly can be. Meet Santos, our part-time senior hairdresser at SCC Spa & Salon his hours are Thursday-Saturday.
Santos knows his way around hair and has been experienced for over 15 years. He has Knowledge in all aspects of Coloring, Multi Foiling, Precision Dry cutting, Sharp edgy cuts, Razor Cuts, and Men's Fades! He also specializes in Curly hair and Fine hair. Nothing intimidates him and he can recreate any picture you bring! He enjoys continuously learning to further develop his skills as a hair stylist and keeps up with the latest trends. Santo's experience and paired with his friendly disposition makes him a great consultatory who listens and can create the change you want to see with your hair!

With 22 years of experience, Marika keeps current on all skincare, waxing and nail care aspects through continuing education, and private classes, including medical skincare.
Marika has been a focused people person since she was a toddler. Always helping family and friends look and feel their best. Her ability to connect with all walks of life has landed her golden relationships with her clients as a licensed Esthetician & Nail Technician. She graduated top of her class from G Skin and Beauty Institute. Her specialties are variety of customized facials, facial & body waxing, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, anti-aging procedures, hydrating and stimulating massage techniques, and micro current treatment.
